Un/Replicable in Nature

2025 | 8-layer stone lithographs on paper | variable dimensions | variable edition of 12 + artist proofs

Nature and print media share the common factor of perceived replication - forms which appear to be repeated, symmetrical, identical; but in reality, nothing is truly so. As an exploration of symmetry, replication, and variation, this series was built upon double-printed imagery, which should, in theory, print the same result every time. In practice, even if it looks as so, nothing can ever be exactly the same - not in print, not in nature.
