This series was my first ever attempt at cyanotype and cyanotype toning. I exposed images from my first (mostly) solo travel endeavor in Europe last summer, and rewrote my journal entries from those few weeks semi-illegibly into the background. This trip was my first exploration of what it’s like being alone while abroad as someone considering moving out of the U.S. I gained peace of mind that that path could be right for me. Anywhere can be home if I make it home.
